Nita’s engaging presentation helped us explore how adjusting to a virtual work environment has impacted each of us on the team. We examined how micro-steps could help manage our work better, and to stay connected in a remote setting. We very much enjoyed Nita’s time with us, she was very knowledgeable and took a very “human” approach to our session. We would welcome her back anytime.
Employment and Social Development Canada / Government of Canada
What struck me the most about Nita was her outstanding ability to bridge her previous professional work experience with top Canadian companies alongside her academic work as a professor. She holds a lot of credibility with her many relevant practical examples and the relevant and emerging theories that are needed today and for the future. Nita gets you thinking outside of the box but always in an optimally engaging and trusting manner. She is exceptionally clear in her communications with excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build trust and rapport.
Halton Waldorf School
Nita has a unique ability as a presenter to engage her audience with a sense of empathetic delivery and authority on all topics surrounding and connecting to Human Resources which was especially appreciated given this was during the Covid-19 pandemic. She exudes the principles that she instructs by creating a diverse learning environment with her use of current real-world examples to connect the material to each of our varied careers to ensure retention and genuine understanding. I enjoyed my experience with Nita immensely and would go as far as emulating her methods to improve my own presentation and delivery skills.
